Why Bodyweight Training?


You might be wondering why bodyweight training is so good or why anyone
would consider it when they could just join a gym. Well, I want to take this
chapter to address why bodyweight training is so incredible and how it can
change your life.
I want to mention that I don’t have any issues with gyms, in fact, I love working
out in a gym, but I also love having the flexibility to work out anywhere.
Whether it’s at home, work, whilst travelling, or out in the local park. The
flexibility to exercise efficiently and effective anywhere is incredibly freeing.
But now I want to just note down some of the reasons you are going to love
bodyweight training and dive into them a little deeper.
