Jumping jacks 30reps
Jump squad 20reps
Push ups/knee push ups 20 reps
Plank 30 seconds

Rest 15 to 30 seconds

Circuit 2
High knees 30reps
Burpees 10reps
Lunges 15reps each side
Side plank 30 seconds each side

Rest 15 to 30 second

Circuit 3
Kick back 20 reps each side
Inclined push up 20 reps
Squad with side leg left 20 reps
Mountain climbing 30 second


If you are beginner then follow  the workout as its.
If your  intermediate then your euch circuit 3 time 
You can change rep as per  you
